What we collect
Only if you choose to: first name, last name, email, preferred language and approximate country (from your connection, never your precise location). Conversations with the Picos Guide are logged anonymously to improve the site.
Why
To send you PICOS community news (new coffees, events, producer stories), know whether you're already a customer so we can tailor our messages, and help the Picos Guide advise you better.
Double confirmation
Nothing is activated until you click the link in our email. Without it, your sign-up stays pending.
Picos Guide memory
After confirming, the Guide may remember your preferences (coffees, brewing methods, activities) only on the device you signed up from. You can erase everything anytime from the Guide.
Your rights
Unsubscribe via the link in every email, delete your information via the link in the confirmation email, or write to picos.cafe@proton.me to access, correct or delete your data (GDPR).
Storage and sharing
Your data is stored securely and never sold. Only the PICOS team can access it. Shopify is checked only to know whether you're already a customer.
